It has been one of my ambitions to visit St Petersburg; soon I will be visiting the Baltic countries and St Petersburg on a painting trip. I hope to bring back many coloured sketches and pen and ink work so I can add more images to this web site. This was painted using Pigma pens after some careful drawing, and then coloured using Winsor and Newton watercolours on stretched hot press Fabriano watercolour paper.
